Chinese high school gives free iPads to senior students

A high school in China has given iPads to all of its senior students, allowing them to replace textbooks and download lectures and texts from all over the world. In all, 21 different schools in Nanjing are eventually planned for the program  Jinling High School in Nanjing has recently launched an e-schoolbag trial offering iPads to its students, where students do not need to pay for the iPads. The iPads are all at school’s expense. With the iPads, the students can download US electronic textbooks and lecture notes onto their iPads rather than buy expensive and heavy paper books and take them to school.
